Spice Mixture

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped garlic

  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder Reduce for milder flavor
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • a pinch salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon mixed herbs

Preparation

  • Start by prepping your boiled potatoes. They should be about 50% cooked, which makes them tender yet firm enough to hold up during air frying.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, finely chopped garlic, coriander leaves, red chili powder, black pepper, salt, chili flakes, and mixed herbs.
  • Coat the half-cooked potatoes evenly with the spice mixture, ensuring each piece is well-covered.
  • Place the seasoned potatoes in your Nutricook Slim air fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 200°C (392°F) and air fry for 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.

Notes

These spiced potatoes can be enjoyed on their own or as an accompaniment to grilled meats, sandwiches, or salads. For an elegant twist, garnish with additional coriander and lime. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
