Ingredients
  

Salmon Bites

  • 1 lb Salmon fillets (fresh or thawed) Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour For coating
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch For coating
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • Oil spray Oil spray (for air frying) To prevent sticking

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha Adjust for spice level

Garnish

  • 2 tbsp Green onions Chopped, for garnish

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Toss the salmon pieces in the flour mixture until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the salmon bites in a single layer.
  • Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and crispy.
  • While the salmon cooks, prepare your bang bang sauce by mixing together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
  • Once done, drizzle more bang bang sauce over the salmon bites and garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Store leftover salmon bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results. Feel free to switch salmon with other proteins or make it vegetarian with tofu.
