  • 1 slice slice of cheese Cheddar, mozzarella, or any cheese you adore.

  • Optional toppings: avocado, spinach, or any personal favorites Customize based on your taste.

Preparation

  • Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the slice of bread at the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  • Crack a fresh egg directly onto the bread, ensuring it fits nicely.
  • Season the egg with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper.
  • Lay a slice of cheese on top of the egg.
  • Air fry for about 5-8 minutes, or until the egg reaches your desired level of doneness and the cheese is melted.
  • Carefully remove from the air fryer, add any optional toppings, and serve!

Notes

For best results, use day-old bread. Experiment with different cheeses and add a light brush of olive oil on the bread for a crispy edge.
