  • Begin by cutting the avocados in half, removing the pit, and scooping the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the crumbled feta cheese, minced garlic, and lemon juice.
  • Use a fork to mash everything together until combined but still chunky.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and fold in any freshly chopped herbs if desired.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator to let flavors meld.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days. For freshness, add a layer of olive oil to delay browning. Not suitable for freezing.
