  • 1 package Boursin cheese Any flavor preferred.

  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For greasing the baking dish.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  • Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish, skin-side down.
  • Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
  • Spread a generous amount of Boursin cheese over the top of each salmon fillet.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • While the salmon is baking, prepare your choice of vegetables or rice.
  • Serve the salmon hot alongside the veggies or rice.

Notes

Best served fresh out of the oven with veggies or rice. Storing any leftovers? Let the salmon cool completely, then store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the oven at 350°F (175°C) to retain moisture.
