  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Place your salmon fillets in a baking dish, then pour the teriyaki sauce mixture over each fillet, ensuring they’re evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For best results, marinate the fillets for an hour before cooking. For a caramelized crust, broil the salmon for the last few minutes of cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 2 months.
