Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice Almond milk or coconut milk can be used as alternatives.
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed Using a very ripe banana adds more sweetness and creaminess.
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff spread
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Use according to your preference.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, and mashed banana.
  • Stir in the Biscoff spread, honey (or maple syrup), cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Transfer the mixture to a jar or a container with a lid.
  • Refrigerate overnight to let the flavors meld and the oats soften.
  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir. You can enjoy them cold or pop them in the microwave for a warm treat.

Notes

To enhance your overnight oats, consider topping with sliced bananas, a dollop of extra Biscoff spread, and crushed cookies for added crunch. Store in the refrigerator for up to five days in an airtight container. Microwave for about 30 to 60 seconds to warm.
