  • 1/2 cup 115g butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup 150g sugar (brown or white)
  • 2 eggs room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups 190g all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or chocolate chips optional

  • 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  • 2️⃣ Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
  • 3️⃣ Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • 4️⃣ Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
  • 5️⃣ Add walnuts or chocolate chips (if using), gently stirring.
  • 6️⃣ Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • 7️⃣ Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • 8️⃣ Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
