1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth. Stir in melted butter.
3️⃣ Mix in sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
4️⃣ Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl. Gradually fold into the wet ingredients.
5️⃣ Add walnuts or chocolate chips (if using), gently stirring.
6️⃣ Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
7️⃣ Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8️⃣ Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
