Preparation

  • Slice bananas into even rounds and set aside.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt your choice of chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  • Optionally, add a pinch of salt to the melted chocolate to enhance the flavor.
  • Dip each banana slice into the chocolate and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Alternatively, drizzle the melted chocolate over the arranged banana slices.
  • For extra flair, sprinkle nuts or coconut on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes to set the chocolate. Serve immediately or store for later.

Notes

Presentation is key! Serve on a decorative platter or with ice cream. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
