  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Feel free to increase for more garlic flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon fillets
  • 1 cup rice For serving.
  • 3 stalks green onions For garnish.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your air fryer.
  • In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the bang bang sauce.
  • Coat the salmon fillets with the bang bang sauce, making sure to reserve some for drizzling later.

Cooking

  • Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or air fry for about 10 minutes, until it's cooked through.

Serving

  • Serve the salmon over cooked rice, drizzled with the extra bang bang sauce, and garnished with green onions.

Notes

For best flavor, let the salmon marinate in the bang bang sauce for 30 minutes before cooking. If desired, you can swap salmon for shrimp or chicken, and add fresh herbs like cilantro for freshness.
