Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package 1 (14 oz) package beef cocktail sausages or smoked beef mini links
  • 1 lb 1 lb beef bacon or turkey bacon, cut into thirds
  • 0.5 cup ½ cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons Optional: 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey for extra glaze

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Cut the beef bacon into thirds so each strip can wrap perfectly around one little smoky.
  • Wrap each beef smoky with a piece of bacon and place it seam side down on the baking sheet. Use a toothpick if needed to hold it in place.
  • Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over the top. Drizzle with maple syrup or honey if you love extra caramelization.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bacon is crisp and the sugar has melted into a glossy glaze.
  • Cool slightly before serving. Serve warm straight from the pan or transfer to a serving platter.

Notes

• Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven to keep them crispy.
• Make Ahead: Wrap and refrigerate them up to 24 hours ahead, then bake just before serving.
• Substitute Options: Try smoked chicken strips or turkey bacon for a lighter version.
• Serving Idea: Pair with BBQ sauce or spicy honey mustard for dipping.
