Beetle Juice Cocktail
A ghoulishly glowing drink that combines vodka, melon liqueur, and pineapple juice, perfect for Halloween parties.
Ingredients

- 3 oz vodka (chilled)
- 2 oz melon liqueur (like Midori)
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- ½ oz simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- Ice cubes
- Black sugar or black salt (for glass rim)
- Lime wedge (for rimming)
- Black-and-white striped straw (for serving, optional)

Preparation
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip into black sugar or salt for a dramatic edge.
- Fill your shaker halfway with ice.
- Add vodka, melon liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.
- Shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds until the drink is cold and slightly frothy.
- Strain into prepared glasses filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a striped straw or a lime wheel for a pop of spooky style.

Notes
For a mocktail version, replace vodka and liqueur with lemon-lime soda, pineapple juice, and a drop of green food coloring. Add edible glitter or tonic water for extra glow under black light.
