Ingredients
  

Pasta

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni Cook until al dente.

Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Vegetables and Eggs

  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper

Preparation

  • Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down.

  • Add the cooled macaroni to the dressing and mix until every piece is well coated.
  • Fold in the diced celery, bell pepper, red onion, and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
