Ingredients
  

For the sliders

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 pieces slider buns
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese Can substitute with pepper jack for a spicy kick.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup dill pickles, sliced
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Drain the excess fat and stir in the mustard, ketchup, vinegar, and diced onions until well combined.

Assembly

  • Arrange the bottom halves of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  • Spread the seasoned beef mixture evenly over the buns, then top with cheese slices and dill pickle slices.
  • Place the top halves of the buns over everything.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the buns are toasted and the cheese has melted beautifully.
  • Once out of the oven, drizzle with mayonnaise before serving.

Notes

Best served warm right out of the oven. Can cut into smaller portions for easy grabbing, making them perfect for parties. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
