A lighter take on the classic Big Mac, these homemade wraps are filled with juicy beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, and a special sauce, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients
  

Wrap Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (or ground chicken/turkey for lighter option)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas (whole wheat optional)
  • 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced pickles
  • ½ cup diced onion

Big Mac Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix together all sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 6–7 minutes, breaking into crumbles, until browned. Drain excess grease.
  • Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side until soft and pliable.

Assembly

  • Spread 1–2 tbsp Big Mac sauce on each tortilla. Layer with ground beef, cheese slice, lettuce, pickles, and onion.
  • Roll up tortilla burrito-style or fold like a crunch wrap.
  • (Optional) Toast wraps in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and melty inside.

Notes

Make Ahead: Prep the sauce up to 3 days in advance—it gets even better as flavors blend. Healthier Swap: Use ground turkey or chicken and whole-wheat tortillas.
