  • 1 cup milk (or almond milk) Dairy-free option available
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Can substitute with regular or dairy-free yogurt
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen) Fresh blueberries preferred for best flavor
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup Sweetener can be adjusted to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch salt
  • Extra blueberries and oats for topping

Preparation

  • In a bowl or mason jar, combine rolled oats, your choice of milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  • Gently mix in the blueberries to keep them whole.
  • Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir the oats, add a splash of milk if needed, and top with extra blueberries and oats before serving.

Notes

These overnight oats can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. If desired, microwave for about 30 seconds to a minute before serving.
