  • 6 pieces eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • to taste Pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a baking dish and layer the pieces of croissants at the bottom.
  • Evenly distribute the diced ham and shredded cheese over the croissants.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until frothy.
  • Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant, ham, and cheese layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top turns a lovely golden brown.
  • Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley before serving warm.

Notes

Allow leftovers to cool, cover tightly, and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Can freeze individual portions securely for longer storage.
