Preparation

  • Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Remove the tops and hollow out the insides using a small spoon.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  • Fill each hollowed strawberry with the cheesecake mixture using a piping bag or a small spoon.
  • Chill the filled strawberries in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours for best freshness. These treats do not freeze well.
