Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup unsalted butter Can substitute with coconut oil.
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use darker chocolate chips for a richer flavor.

Topping

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate for dipping

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your preferred baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well blended.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by adding the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually incorporate the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, mixing until just combined, then gently fold in the chocolate chips.

Baking

  • Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely at room temperature.

Assembling

  • Melt the chocolate for dipping using either a microwave or a double boiler.
  • Dip each sliced strawberry into the melted chocolate and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Once the chocolate has set, artfully arrange the chocolate-covered strawberries over the cooled brownies.
  • Cut the brownies into squares and serve with a smile!

Notes

For best results, let brownies cool completely before adding chocolate strawberries. Store in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature; refrigerate for up to a week or freeze for longer storage.
