Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  • In a larger bowl, cream together the softened butter, sugar, and salt until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
  • Beat in the egg, followed by vanilla and almond extracts, ensuring everything is well combined.
  • Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until blended.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
  • Drop large spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cookies are golden.

Notes
