  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Room temperature for easy blending.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped Soaked in warm water if tough.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Wrap

  • 4 large flour tortillas Consider using flavored tortillas.
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional) For garnish.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped cranberries and green onions.
  • Spread the cranberry mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  • Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Unwrap and slice into bite-sized pinwheels.
  • Top with chopped pecans before serving.

Notes

Store wrapped pinwheels in the fridge for up to 3 days. Best served cold; do not freeze.
