Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Full-fat is best; light can be used if preferred.
  • 2 Tbsp Chives Chopped; fresh is recommended.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper For seasoning.

Toppings

  • 4 oz Smoked Salmon High-quality is preferred.
  • 10 pieces Cherry Tomatoes Halved.
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil For drizzling.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the mini puff pastry sheets and cut them into squares.

Baking

  • Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.

Filling

  • While the pastry is baking, mix cream cheese with chopped chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.

Assembly

  • Once the pastry is cool, spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on each square.
  • Top each pastry with a slice of smoked salmon and a half cherry tomato.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top and serve fresh.
