Preparation

  • Prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly spraying it with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  • Microwave the mixture in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until everything is melted and well-combined.
  • Add the pure vanilla extract and stir until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the fudge into the prepared pan, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
  • Generously sprinkle the Christmas sprinkles on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or until set.
  • Once firm, cut into 1-inch squares.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze wrapped pieces in plastic wrap.
