Ingredients
  

For the Fudge Layers

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided) Divided between two layers
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided) Divided between two layers
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles For topping

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper and spray it with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Melt Semi-Sweet Chocolate

  • In a medium bowl, combine 7 oz of sweetened condensed milk with the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until completely melted.
  • Stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

Melt White Chocolate

  • In another medium bowl, combine the remaining 7 oz of sweetened condensed milk with the white chocolate chips.
  • Repeat the melting process as before and stir in the remaining 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Add the Christmas sprinkles and mix well.
  • Carefully spread the white chocolate mixture on top of the semi-sweet chocolate layer.

Chill and Set

  • Top with additional sprinkles for a festive touch.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least an hour before slicing into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
