  • 4 pieces English muffins or mini pizza crusts Any mini crust will work.

Pizza Toppings

  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with dairy-free option.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Can be replaced with bell peppers, olives, or other favorites.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh basil or parsley For decoration.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Optional for added flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • If using English muffins, slice them in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  • Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce on each muffin half.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce to create a cheesy base.
  • Use pepperoni or other toppings to arrange the mini pizzas in the shape of a Christmas tree.
  • Add small pieces of fresh basil or parsley as decorations.
  • Optionally, drizzle with olive oil for added flavor.

Baking

  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

These mini pizzas are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-7 minutes. For longer storage, freeze them tightly wrapped for up to a month.
