Preparation

  • Roll each tortilla tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the ground cinnamon and granulated sugar.
  • Generously sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the rolled tortillas.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Serving

  • Serve warm, garnished with fresh sliced strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.

Notes

These roll-ups are best served warm and can be enhanced with garnishes like chocolate sauce or crushed nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days and reheat in the oven at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
