Preparation

  • In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Stir in mini marshmallows until they are completely melted and smooth.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.
  • Carefully fold in the Rice Krispies cereal and toasted coconut, ensuring everything is coated nicely.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and press down firmly.
  • Let the treats set for around 30 minutes before cutting them into squares.
