  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Fresh herbs yield brighter flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped Fresh herbs yield brighter flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Adjust to taste for milder flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir in the minced garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chives, paprika, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet and drizzle half of the buttery sauce over them. Toss to coat evenly.

Cooking

  • Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden.
  • Toss the wings in the remaining butter mixture before serving.

Notes

Serve with celery sticks, carrots, and blue cheese or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
