Preparation

  • Spread the cream cheese evenly over the tortillas.
  • Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of everything seasoning on each tortilla.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into 1-inch pieces.

Cooking

  • Heat a large nonstick pan over medium heat and melt the unsalted butter.
  • Add the tortilla bites to the pan and cook for about 1 minute or until golden brown.
  • Flip the bites and repeat on the other side until evenly browned.
