  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Toppings

  • 6 slices beef bacon (or turkey bacon/smoked chicken strips), cooked until crispy and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese Feel free to use a different type of cheese if desired.
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions For garnish.

Preparation

  • Cook beef bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 5–7 minutes. Drain and chop into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.

Assembly and Baking

  • Spread the creamy mixture evenly on the cut sides of each bagel.
  • Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, then top with crispy beef bacon pieces.
  • Place bagels on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
