Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, then add the lemon juice and zest. Stir to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes until warmed through.
  • Gently stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to ensure it’s evenly coated.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve garnished with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color and flavor.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet, adding a splash of cream or pasta water to restore creaminess.
