Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

Preparing the Sauce

  • Add the fresh palak puree to the pan and cook for a few minutes, allowing the spinach to soften.
  • Stir in milk and bring to a gentle simmer, letting the flavors meld.
  • Sprinkle wheat flour into the sauce to achieve that perfect creamy consistency, stirring well to combine.
  • Mix in mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper to taste, stirring until the cheese has melted fully.
