  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • pinch cayenne pepper or chili flakes (optional) for spice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Peel and cut sweet potatoes into evenly sized cubes or wedges.

Seasoning

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Cooking

  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and preheat for 3 minutes.
  • Arrange sweet potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy on the outside and tender inside.

Finishing

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and an extra sprinkle of salt if desired. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce like garlic aioli or chipotle mayo.

Notes

Don't overcrowd the basket for better crispiness. For extra crispiness, toss them back for 2 more minutes at high heat. Meal prep friendly; these reheat beautifully in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes.
