Instructions

Preparation

  • In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth.

Cooking Method

  • For pan-searing: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook salmon pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • For baking: Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
  • For air-frying: Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Arrange salmon in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once cooked, drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon bites or toss them gently in a bowl until coated.
  • Garnish with chopped herbs and serve warm with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the cooking surface. Let salmon sit for 10 minutes after seasoning to absorb flavors better. You can customize the sauce with fresh herbs or different spices.
