  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried herbs (optional, like thyme or parsley) Feel free to modify with your favorite herbs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray For coating the baking sheet.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly coat it with olive oil spray.
  • Thoroughly drain the cottage cheese to achieve the best texture.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Cooking

  • Drop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, then flatten each portion into thin rounds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • Allow the chips to cool on the baking sheet before serving.

Notes

These chips can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days, though they are best enjoyed fresh. To restore crunch, reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
