Ingredients

For the Chicken and Sauce

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 ounces Parmesan garlic sauce
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

For the Pasta

  • 10 ounces dry pasta, cooked and drained

For Garnish

  • Parsley and red pepper flakes for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Spray the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Pour the entire bottle of Parmesan garlic sauce over the chicken.
  • Add the cream cheese pieces and grated Parmesan on top of the chicken and sauce.
  • Cover with the lid and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Shred the chicken before serving and stir it into the creamy sauce.
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot, stir to combine, and garnish with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes.

Notes

Add steamed broccoli or spinach at the end for extra color and nutrients. Keep the pasta separate until serving if you prefer a firmer texture. Substitute chicken thighs for a richer, more tender result. Adjust the creaminess by adding extra Parmesan or a splash of broth.
