  • 8 ounces 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups 1½ cups heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks

For the Topping

  • 1.5 cups 1½ cups whipped cream
  • 0.25 cup ¼ cup chocolate syrup or melted chocolate
  • 0.25 cup ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • 0.5 cup ½ cup chopped peanut butter cups or chocolate bars
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts (optional) Optional for added crunch.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until light and fluffy. Avoid overmixing to keep the filling airy.
  • Spoon the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or overnight to firm up.

Toppings

  • Before serving, spread whipped cream on top, drizzle with caramel and chocolate, then sprinkle chopped candy bars and peanuts.
