  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toss the diced potatoes in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until they’re well coated.
  • Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for about 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

Cut your potatoes evenly for uniform cooking. Avoid overcrowding the baking sheet for crispy potatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in a skillet.
