Easy Brown Sugar Overnight Oats

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3.5 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

  • In four individual 8oz. mason jars, add 1/2 cup oats and 1/2 cup almond milk. Stir well to combine.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the vanilla, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt, and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Pour 1/4 of the brown sugar mixture into each jar, then stir each jar again to ensure everything is well combined.
  • Close the jars and refrigerate them for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, remove from the fridge and top with chopped pecans, a sprinkle of brown sugar, and a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Can be enjoyed cold or microwaved for 30 seconds. Customize with fresh fruits, yogurt, or nut butter for variety.
