Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chopped nuts, green onions, and garlic powder.
  • Use a spatula or mixer to blend everything until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a log form.
  • Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow it to firm up.
  • When ready to serve, unwrap your cheese log and slice it into rounds or serve whole.

Notes

Serve alongside colorful crackers, fresh vegetables, or apple slices. To keep it fresh, wrap it tightly or store in an airtight container. Can be prepared ahead and frozen for up to three months.
