Preparation

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the vanilla extract and sugar cookie mix until fully combined.
  • Pour half of the mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly across the bottom.
  • Add spoonfuls of frosting on top and swirl gently to create a marbled effect.
  • Pour the remaining fudge mixture on top and spread evenly to cover the frosting swirls.
  • Sprinkle the top with festive sprinkles.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely set.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper, cut into squares, and serve.
