Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened Make sure it's softened, not melted.
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup M&Ms Feel free to substitute with chocolate chips.
  • 1/2 cup sprinkles

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter until smooth.
  • Beat in the pudding mix until well blended.
  • Add in the eggs and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just incorporated.
  • Fold in the M&Ms and sprinkles.

Baking

  • Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool on the sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or alongside a glass of cold milk. Store in an airtight container for up to a week, or freeze the dough for up to three months.
