Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate, ensuring it’s nicely fitted.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
  • Stir in the shredded cheese, diced ham, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Carefully pour the egg mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the quiche is set and lightly browned on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze individual slices wrapped well in plastic wrap and aluminum foil.
