Ingredients

  • 8 oz Spaghetti Or any preferred pasta type
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil High-quality olive oil recommended
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) Adjust based on personal preference
  • 8 oz Mushrooms (sliced) Any variety of mushrooms will work

Finishing Touches

  • 1 cup Cheese (your preference) Mozzarella or Parmesan works well
  • 1 cup Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or your choice) Chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

Sautéing the Vegetables

  • Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until the mushrooms are softened and fragrant.

Combining Ingredients

  • Drain the spaghetti, then add it directly to the pan with garlic and mushrooms.
  • Stir in your chosen cheese and fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving

  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 to 4 days. Reheat over low heat and add water or olive oil to revive flavors. This dish can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
