  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Toss in the sliced zucchini and cook until tender, roughly 4-5 minutes.
  • Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the zucchini.
  • Stir in the grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.

Notes

This dish can be personalized with different vegetables or pasta types. Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 3-4 days. For reheating, add a splash of olive oil or water.
