Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  • In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, sugar, melted butter, and eggs until combined and smooth.
  • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
  • Fold in the colorful sprinkles with care, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth out the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
