Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped strawberries and vanilla yogurt. Stir well until the strawberries are fully incorporated into the yogurt.
  • Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins, filling each cavity evenly.
  • Sprinkle granola generously on top of each portion for that perfect crunch.
  • Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until solid.
  • Once frozen, gently remove the bites from the molds and enjoy your refreshing snack!

Notes

Store in an airtight container or a zip-top freezer bag for up to a month. Let sit at room temperature for a minute or two before serving. No need for reheating.
