  • 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Instructions:

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Reduce the heat to low.
  • Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the salmon as it cooks for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon slices.
