- 4 salmon fillets 6 oz each
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon sliced
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Reduce the heat to low.
Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the salmon as it cooks for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon slices.
