Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no pink remains. Drain any excess fat and season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside to cool completely.
  • Once cooled, stir in the shredded cheese and any optional ingredients like bacon or pickles for added flavor.
  • Roll out each piece of dough into a 10 cm circle. Place 1–2 tablespoons of the beef mixture in the center of each round. Pinch the edges tightly to seal and form a ball.
  • Position the filled dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking tray, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
  • Mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush this garlic butter generously over the tops of the dough balls, followed by a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese.

Cooking

  • Preheat your oven to 190°C. Bake the bombs for 15–18 minutes, or until they are puffed up and golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
