  • Ice cubes

  • Gingerbread cookies (for serving or decoration)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Drizzle the inside of each glass with a swirl of molasses or chocolate syrup for a festive presentation.
  • Fill each glass halfway with ice.
  • In a shaker or mixing glass, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir well to blend the spices.
  • Pour the mixture over ice in the prepared glasses.
  • Slowly pour the cream over the top using the back of a spoon for that signature layered effect.
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed gingerbread cookies.
  • Garnish with a mini gingerbread man for that extra dose of holiday charm.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy the cozy, spiced magic of the season!

Notes

Make it dairy-free by substituting coconut cream or oat milk. This cocktail is batch-friendly; combine vodka, coffee liqueur, molasses, and spices in advance. For a sweeter twist, replace molasses with maple syrup.
